We really wanted to like this place. The welcome was good and the setting was nice. However the food was the worst we had in Sete. Both meat skewers we ordered were undercooked, with the meat still raw in the middle. The octopus we ordered was rubbery and awful. To make matters worse the staff seemed to disappear, so by the time someone offered to cook our food properly, we didnt like the look of it. They still charged us full price for everything. Maybe we were unlucky, but it seems like a cool place for a drink but not good food.
THIS COCKTAIL IN THE VIOLETTE IS INCLUDING the best cocktail I've ever had. You don't have to miss it. Its taste in the mouth is both delicate and explosive, the taste of pepper comes to lift this sweetness. It is very objectively the best cocktail of my life. The flavour of this cocktail would almost rival fantastic and helpful staff! Beautiful places on the canal and comfortable.
Beautiful quiet place with the possibility of lying on the water. Very warm service. Payment inside so you can see the beautiful vault that is there. I also think there's a lot of petanque in it, but I don't know if it's accessible.
Great setting to drink a drink and eat tapas, small flat on the Moscow Mule which was not well dosed. Nothing to say about the tapas and the quality of the reception. Note a petanque field inside the establishment, super concept.

Delicious tapas, didnt want a full on meal. Tapenade and anchovies absolutely delicious. Very rustic. Don't dismiss this place for a chilled evening.
Great seating and lovely view of the water and seagulls. Service was great! The atmosphere is conducive to meeting and mingling. Enjoy!
