There?s a reason why this place only has 3.8 stars. The customer service here is very poor. They don?t complete customer?s orders correctly even when you REPEAT yourself more than once. Then, after they mess up your order, the young woman worker atthe cash register, that you unfortunately have to deal with, will have a disrespectful attitude. She screamed at me, called me?bro? and told me to leave, as if I would be back there anyway. Very unprofessional. Not to mention they rudely speak in anotherlanguage in front of customers, assuming they don?t understand what they?re saying. I used to be a regular when the gentlemanserved at the front. But now, family and I will advise people NEVER to come here.
I went to these local Bagellades for the first time today. What attracted me was that on the Happycow website I was informed there are vegan cream cheese available. I called before to see what options they had for the day the owner recommended me to do the best. I ordered veggie cream cheese over the phone and it was ready as soon as I got there. There are many parking lots as it is near a corner and again when I went there were no long waiting times. The owner was very friendly and even encouraged me to make pictures of the vegan options, so I can consider them later. I really liked the Veggie option because it tasted so fresh, but I will definitely return to try more!

Then, after they screw up your order, the young worker in the cashier you unfortunately have to do will have a respectless attitude. She yelled at me, called me, and said I should go as if I were back anyway. Very unprofessional.
