I've been to the workshop for small things like changing tires, never had any problems and was always treated in a friendly manner. But today I was there for the first time in the new car wash. Here we are at 15 euros, the cheapest offer with drying. I have to operate the car wash myself and there is no longer a pre-wash by an employee, as was the case with the old car wash. This is what my car looks like too. There is still fly dirt all over the front, the rims are greasy but not clean and overall my car is not as dry as it was in the old car wash. New car wash ..... Unfortunately it doesn't clean the corners (mirrors, rear, rims) (price program €16.95) to be honest, it continues with the pre-cleaning with staff so the car was always well cleaned .. .

The opening times are a joke! Why is it open 24 hours during the week and then only until 10 p.m. at the weekend? Not even longer on Friday. Especially at the weekend there is a need, very weak.

Very badly instructed staff, payback pay does not work according to their statement (reality cashier incompetent). It's unbelievable that something like this exists in a digital society.

Incredibly unfriendly the nice Herr Wollweber. One suspects a fuel card fraud and he is so unfriendly and uncooperative that he does not even want to look in the camera.
