Beautiful seaside resort with shallow water entry, also for younger children. Small game and climbing area available, large meadow for sports, volleyball, etc. Restaurant and kiosk. SUPs can be rented easily on site using a mobile phone app. There is also a pumping station for SUPs. Clean toilet and shower area.
Quite crowded and noisy on a warm Sunday. Arrangement of picnic tables directly at the lake entrance, which is more annoying than useful when swimming. The water at Lake Hallwil is wonderfully refreshing and there are plenty of parking spaces available.
