I left work at 5:40 and takes about 10 minutes from west end of town to get there. Spent 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru, was told they were out of curly fries, I said make them crinkle fries. They said okay. then paid but was not given a receipt and then told they were out of crinkle fries and would I want mozzarella sticks instead, I said that was fine. I like Arby's, but ours here seems to always have slow, bad service, wrong orders, and sloppily made presentation (beef and cheddar, all the beef on one side, glob of cheddar on the other and skewed buns). You can tell by the fact that it's never overly busy. Updated: everything above is the same, but for the place that has “the meat” our sandwiches seemed very light on that particular ingredient.
Horrible service, I ordered the food without any sauces and even asked again when paying at the drive thru and was assured no sauces, well it came with sauces. Looked like a bunch of young kids in there just screwing around. I'm never going there again cause it happens quite frequently, and they're rude also…
It's some really good takeout. Curly fries are amazing and their wraps are great and surprisingly healthy. Would recommend. Service sometimes can take a while at this location however.

Person on intercom was extremely rude. Try the McDonald's instead, they had way better and nicer acting staff.
