Arby's - Reserva de mesa

I spent 30 on an online order for the store near me that the website said was open. When I got here, the signs in the pictures were taped everywhere even though I could clearly see people inside behind the counter. I tried to go in to at least get a refund but the door was locked. I tried to call but there was no answer. The online orders should not go through if the store is closed, after spending the money on the order driving all the way here, I have no way to get my food or a refund and I find this unacceptable.

my mother is hooked to her jamocha? shakes. later, if I don't get there at the weekend before 16 o'clock, they're already closed. Yesterday, Sunday, it happened again. So I decided to go to berlin, which usually has normal hours and most menus. waited 15 minutes in the car drive thru a nd heard that they say the car before me, I'm sorry, no roast beef or gyros or mac and cheese. they told me they didn't shake or slide?!

this place needs help. I've been here a few times and wanted to get some food, 2 hours before closing and there's a worker cleaning, but no orders. I wasn't the only person last time the trip thru had at least 5 cars, including me. at least turn out the running gear thru menu lighter, so people know that they don't want to take orders. never comes back.

I gave a 3 only because the order taker was friendly and helpful placing a 40 order. Medium Crinkle fries and 1 2 were Curly fries. Wagyu Special medium size meal 10 but looked like slop. Looked like something that was thrown together. Also the Wagyu looked rare but had good flavor. Reserva una mesa ahora

I haven't eaten by arby for years. we just met three times in the last month and half and all three times the food was hot and fresh. fresh for what can be fast eating. the staff was good, fast to get us out of our order. 3.5 how I can not give almost food place four or more stars.

I had I very bad experience the boy at the drive thru was very rude rolling his eyes at me had a attitude when I asked for a extra bag and sauces since he throw everything in one bag when I had got home I look at my food my bread was burnt I am not happy

This location has gone down hill. The wait in drive thru was terrible...nobody answered had to go inside to place order. Food was basic and they acted slow with everything smh . Do better ARBYs!Sent feedback to you all

this place is on his last side. they wait for the speaker for 10 minutes before their order will ever be received. they close hours before closing time when I can see workers. How about you hire some people? Reserva una mesa ahora

I went to the drive thru just about noon and it was very busy but the line moved fairly quickly. My food was great very tasty and nice and hot so I can't complain. I'd go back to this location again.

This was the most disgusting place I've ever seen the floors were gross tje condiments section was just terrible trappings everywhere not one table was cleaned off!!!! Just GROSS!!!!!!!!'
