Arby's - Reserva de mesa

Actually, I order food from this Hilliard Rome location because it's convenient. But I give the restaurant 5 stars because the staff there is always nice to me. Today Percy helped me in the window and he was very nice and made sure that my order was correct and that I needed nothing else. He deserves to be recognized for good service, please give him a scream.

I always wondered why I never see any cars in the drivethu window,I understand now, got 2 arby's roast beef sandwiches. Buns stale,cold,and both had thumb holes in bottom bun. Meat was cold,dry, and actually tasted old.So? Why don't you just close the place and let someone else put a restaurant that knows what they are doing. Arby's is horrible.

If the restaurants are only have drive thru service and dining area is closed PLEASE put a sign up that can be seen from a car like the size of the signs that are up promoting the food I don't know about any body that can read a sign about 8 x 11 and then expect people to be able to read it from their car

The first Arby's I went to, I was waiting in the Drive-Thru and the whole system went down! The computers all went down. So I waited there about 10 minutes and then I went to another Arby's. I felt sorry for the workers it wasn't in any way their fault. Reserva una mesa ahora

Manager Raymond Kimbleton VERY rude, PREJUDICED INCONSIDERATE. That's why they are constantly understaffed! Would not recommend working for this arbys will not last long with such absurd disrespect discrimination!

I ordered the Pecan Chicken salad sandwich bc it looked so good on the commercials but it wasn't bc it was all bread hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich!! Never again!!!

The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food comes out quickly, is delicious, and served hot. The place is also very clean.
