I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. There was a lot of yelling, and the drive-thru computer malfunctioned, so I had to go inside to place my order. When I approached the counter, the staff just stared at me until I finally spoke up and asked if I could order inside. One of them then apologetically asked how they could assist me. After placing my order, I was told my food was ready, but upon checking, I discovered that two orders of nuggets were missing.
When I pointed this out, the employee asked, quite rudely, how many I was missing. I said, “Two, please.” She then informed me that they only had two minutes left for the nuggets. I thought to myself, "Wow, you really need to...
First of all, the food here is excellent; that’s definitely a strong point. However, I can't help but feel that they have a policy that mandates a minimum 10-minute wait time before serving meals. You could plan your next birthday there and order your food, but by the time it arrives, you'd be running late for your own party. The staff is friendly, but some of the booths feel more like teeter-totters or a funfair ride than a comfortable seat. If you're a tradesperson looking for a quick lunch during the week, you'll likely find yourself running late returning to the job site every time.
Ordered through the drive thru yesterday. Wait time was a little long; however, I think that has more to do with the staffing than reflective on the employees. The person working the speaker window around 2PM yesterday 12/7/23 (did not catch their name, which is a pity! I would have loved to name drop you here) was absolutely polite and lovely.It was good for the quality and experience you expect of an Arby's. Warm and very fresh. My mom and I enjoyed it immensely.
I really hate to give bad reviews but this place is truly bad in regards to several aspects. I couldn't tell you how many times I have ordered classic roast beef sandwiches and be told they don't have the arbys sauce. It's not occasional, it's often. The place is also slower than molasses. I dreaded going there and finally quit altogether. Mayfield fast food joints are low on the totem pole. About the only one worth 5 stars is Hardees.

I did a mobile order. I was 5 minutes to early for them to start making my order, even though I had the order receipt on my phone. The order taker said they were out of roast beef for 20 minutes, but had no problem handing out plenty other orders. I had to get out of line and then back in. by the time I got to the window it was 15 minutes past when I was supposed to pick up my order. Made me over 15 minutes later from break.
I had the bacon and Swiss chicken along with some jalapeño poppers, and the food was tasty. However, I decided to dine in and found the tables to be dirty. The drink station was in disarray as well, with the drink machine leaking and the spigots coming off.
This Arby's in Mayfield is one dirty environment. Something need to be looked at here.
Service is terrible. Order is always wrong.
