There were 2 guys working this evening (6/15/24 8:40pm) One was in the kitchen, the other was taking orders at the front, possibly drive through, and bagging orders. The guy (I'm assuming Richard, based off the reciept) that helped us at the front, looked as though he was pissed to be there. When my BF I walked in, we felt the vibe from him. When he took our order, he kept asking if that was everything, after each item I had said, and seemed as though he was rushing us, before my BF could even order. When we were done ordering, he nearly threw the change in my BFs hands, and was talking over the headset, cursing about needing change. The ratings made me believe this would be a good experienc...
Arby's is an excellent restaurant and a reliable option when I'm traveling for work, which I do frequently. This location is my local spot and seems to be undergoing some changes. The quality of the food is outstanding, but most of the current staff appear to still be getting acclimated. I've been specifically visiting for their Cherry Turnovers, but they've been out of them during my last five visits, which take place between 1 PM and 6 PM, well before closing time. I suspect the recent tornado damage might be creating some challenges for them. I plan to keep coming back and will update this review if they manage to get everything on track.
The worst experience my family had at any Arby's. Rude employees! Dirty ! The meals were barely warm. If it was dirty in the front. I question the food preparation area. There was no health rating sign. I made a point going around the building looking at every door and window. I could only eat a few bites because I felt uneasy. We ended up throwing away most of the meals. I wish I had went to the McDonalds next door. This was the arby at exit 25A off I 64
I remember now why I'm not a fan of Arby's. It was disappointing. If Walmart were a fast food chain, this would be it. I definitely won't be going back. The food felt like low-quality, processed junk prepared by kids.

Love their double roast beef sandwich with crinkle fries and a jamoca shake. The wife likes the rib eye garlic sandwich. She also likes the greek gyro also. Friendly staff good service and the best fast food ever.
The food we got was good, but they forgot the only thing I asked for on my gyro, the cucumber sauce. They also forgot the cherry turnover, but of coarse we were charged for it. 09/01/2024, Employee, Brayden
We just went through the drive through, but they were fast and or good was fresh, they asked if everything looked right with our order. Very friendly young man in the drive through over the weekend.
Food was correct and hot. Not much more you can ask for. 4 stars because Arby’s, even if you’re at the best location in the world, is still pretty gross. But that’s just personal taste.

Used the drive-up while traveling today. The young lady who took my order was patient and kind.
Went there late at night got us out food quickly. Amazing service, better than chili's.
