Arby's - Reserva de mesa

Staying in Wenatchee for work temporarily. Decided to get Arby’s for lunch..ordered a meal when asked for regular fries not curly which was what was ordered, worker reacted with irritation telling her co worker psssht,then advised me to pull forward. When eating my meal.. my bun was burnt and the fries were not cooked fully. Wenatchee Arby’s not a great experience ! I enjoyed a classic Arby's roast beef sandwich that was delicious, complete with lettuce, tomato, and a sweet red sauce. The jamocha shakes were also a perfect addition. For the dining experience, I had dinner and it cost around $20–30 per person. I would rate the food a solid 5, while the service and atmosphere were both a 3. I highly recommend the Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich and the roast beef itself.

Update: It seems karma has arrived. While I was sitting here eating, the health department walked in to conduct an inspection! It's very quiet back there now, and I'm feeling anxious about finishing my food. The atmosphere was already so chaotic, and it's clear that you shouldn't be yelling at your employees like that. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Every single time, my order is missing something. I'm really frustrated with paying these prices and still not getting the order right! It shouldn't be too difficult—just check the order to make sure it's complete. I’m done with both Arby’s locations in town.

I spent $100 on cold food that was missing several items. They didn't even include any tartar sauce for the soggy Gorton's fish sticks. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

I would say they are amazing! I order from them because they are so close to where I am. They arrive quickly and always make me so happy!
