Arby's - Reservar una mesa

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and after someone grabbing my card and rolling their eyes at me, I got my card shoved back into my hand with no receipt and told to pull forward. So I did and then about 3 minutes later a girl screamed out the door for me to pull into a spot, which was never instructed, they could have at least walked to my car and politely directed where I needed to go. There was only one other car in the drive through, I would understand if they were busy but that wasn’t the case. 10 minutes later I received my food and the fries tasted rotten and nothing was even hot and fresh so the wait made no sense. I will not return back. This place needs a trained manager here observing the employees and teaching them customer service because this place has absolutely none.

It was ok. My server behind the counter was great. Then the shift manager interupped him to make change for $100 bill in his drawer for the drive though. After that things got intetesting with other customers watching. I've been in food service for 25+ years, 20 as a manager and I never encourage that behavior. The shift meager should have waited until my transaction was 100% complete and cash drawer was closed. Then break a large bill. Food was ok.

Great sandwiches (Arby's cheddar and beef drenched in their Arby's sauce... Mmmmmm) BUT it's just way too expensive now... 2 for 5.... Becomes 2 for 6... Becomes 2 for 7.... Becomes 2 for too much sadly.

I’ve been in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. This is the slowest fast food place I’ve been to. Every time I visit I wait a ridiculous amount of time for over priced mediocre food.

They ran out of turkey, but were very accommodating to offer other sandwiches, a refund, or a different meat choice on my order.
