This is a longer review, but it's mostly for management to get an understanding of their customers' experiences. I was the 1st customer as they opened the doors at 10:00 AM. Pam greeted me. She wasn't friendly, but she wasn't rude, either. I ordered myfood and wasn't asked if I was dining in or taking out, so they put my food in a bag instead of on a tray. The reason this isimportant was because I had too many item to hold in my hands, so I walked two trips to get my food, drink, ketchup (it'sself-serve in a little cup, not in packets), napkins, etc. The main reason for a three start is because the dining room isnearly always dirty. Reminder, I was the 1st customer to walk in the dining area...
Ordered a wrap and there were little fuzzies all over it, like someone had a cotton glove on putting the wrap together. The the curly fries had a nice big curly hair in them.... get what you pay for I guess
It's exactly what you'd expect from an Arby's. The drive-thru was fast, and the food was well-prepared. I just wish they would include a bit more cheese on the beef.
The drive through was weird talking to 4 different people through the speaker. However the food was great and the service was actually really fast! Forgot pics.

After finishing our donations in Orland Park, we stopped by Arby’s for a quick snack. The sandwich and the Fritters Shake were absolutely delicious!
Best one in three near my location. Alway seems like more of everything on there roast beef sandwich’s. Other places seem to skimp out on quantity.
I had a great time at Arby's! They recently added some thrilling new items to their menu. The staff was welcoming, and the restaurant was tidy.
I haven't had the chance to try their burgers yet, but hopefully, I will get to sample them someday!

This location has greatly improved in speed, service, and quality.
I like this restaurant it's my new favorite place to eat!!!
