We tried to pick up a DoorDash order that hadn't arrived at the restaurant. The staff was unwilling to assist us because the order was not present. That's understandable. I contacted DoorDash to explain the situation, and they said they would reach out to the restaurant, but the restaurant didn't answer the phone. As a result, the customer had to cancel their order. There weren't any other customers in the restaurant at the time, and the staff didn't even come outside while I was there. It was quite disappointing.
I was given the completely wrong order. EDIT: A customer service representative contacted me right away. They sent me a form to fill out and then called me personally. They mentioned that they would be sending me a coupon for a free meal. I'm really pleased with the customer service—it’s great to see this from one of my favorite restaurants!
Ordered fish sandwich based on the pictures...not even close. Not a fillet of fish, more like a large fishstick. The bun was fresh and soft so for the price not bad just not what I was expecting. James Earl Jones made it sound so good!!
my whole food was fresh! Fries were hot and crispy fish sandwich. the patty was crispy and golden outside. soft and delicate on the inside. just delicious!

They forgot the bronco berry sauce for both orders as well as the spicy three pepper sauce. The sweet potato fries were burnt.
The fish was fried too hard and lacked flavor. There was barely any lettuce, and the special seasoning was hardly noticeable.
Although the drive Thru was very busy, service was great and the employee at the window excited!
The Market Fresh wraps are quite delicious. I particularly enjoy the Mediterranean one.
