Arby's - Reserva de mesa

Attached to Pilot station which is one reason we stopped... Love's and pilot are the best convenience and gift stores aside from the one on the reserve. Decided to get a quick beef and cheddar before we headed back on the road. Kind, friendly, servicealthough the young lady couldn't understand my 95yr old grandfather so they gave him the wrong style of fry. Was quickly fixedupon realizing by Kim the mgr. Thank you for that and recognized he was a veteran and also a senior discount was applied. Notthe cleanest Arby's but they were busy and noticed when we were leaving someone coming to sweep and clean tables. May have justcaught the prior guest at the table mess. Fast and kind service. I went through the drive-thru, and the service was quick. However, the mozzarella sticks were disappointing—they seemed old, as the cheese was yellow and dry. The beef and cheddar were also a bit of a mess. Usually, they’re quite good, but this time they missed the mark. I'll give them another chance in a few weeks.

Bridget and Tyler provide outstanding customer service. They create not just a transaction but a wonderful experience. They are friendly, patient, and take the time to explain their promotions and coupons. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is fantastic! Both of you deserve a raise!

I don't know the name of the man who was working this afternoon, but my experience at this fast food restaurant was the most delightful I've ever had! He was extremely nice and welcoming—so kind and courteous. He truly made my day! I left with a smile on my face. Reserva una mesa ahora

Long wait in line with limited staff and yet the food we received was cold and had obviously been sitting a while. Honestly, this place needs better management. Probably one of the worst Arby's we have ever been to.

Ms. Linda went above and beyond to be exceptionally kind. Even though the wait time was longer than expected, she was incredibly gracious and offered me a drink. Thank you for your kindness!

The restaurant is often too cold to dine indoors, but the food is consistently amazing. The staff is very friendly, and it's open 24/7, which is a definite plus.
