Arby's - Reservar una mesa

This is my local Arby's. Nearest to my house. I've generally had good experiences here. However, our last visit was not at all good. Staff was rude, dismissive and just didn't seem to care. Too busy gossiping to wait on customers. I had a gyro and thebread was literally hard. I asked to have it remade. Second one was still a tad hard but ate it anyway as the staff seemed tohave better things to do. The person in the back was busy swearing loud enough to be heard in the lobby. Not cool. Inside wasn'tbusy, but drive thru was. Still it took some time to get our food. My daughters beef and cheddar looked like it had been justthrown on the bun. Really sad that people don't even try to do good work. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.Didn't feel welcome or valued. Felt more like an inconvenience. Think I'll pick a different location next time. The fries werealso way to salty.

As usual, our order was missing a sandwich. Unfortunately we had it delivered so when called about it, all they could suggest was to come with the receipt to get it. For a $98 order, not acceptable. The new pork rib sandwich was a huge disappointment. Not likely to eat there again anytime soon. Always issues.

Went shopping and decided to grab a bite to eat. Went in and ordered. Cashier was very nice, table's clean as well as the restroom. Got our meal and sorry to say but my roll was so dry and crumbling that I decided to just eat the roast beef.

The girl couldn't hear through the drive thru. She seemed very, very confused. We asked her to separate the 2 orders, she gave us a bag told us to do it. Never even rec'd my Arby's Sauce. Won't be going there again ????

The food was hot and fresh. Drive thru was a little slow, but otherwise they were nice
