The evening staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and upbeat. While I wait at the window for my order, they always take the time to chat with me and inquire about my evening. The food is fresh and served promptly. Honestly, it's the best drive-thru experience I've had in a long time. These team members truly deserve a raise!
The crinkle fries were shriveled, dry, and extremely crunchy, resembling a dead twig. They also forgot the fried pie I ordered. I didn’t go back or call because I had to get to work. I may give this place another chance in the future and will update my review if the experience improves next time.
I appreciate the great improvements Arby's has made over the years. Having dined at several locations across Missouri, I've noticed significant enhancements to their menu options. Keep up the excellent work—I will definitely be returning!
