I stopped by Arby today to get food. Typically, the dining area is closed and I have to go to the drive thru. Today the dining area was open so I was very happy. I'd rather go in to place my order. I placed a pretty big order $40. The staff was so great and friendly. They worked very hard, but also seemed to have fun. Sometimes when there's a big order, people get an attitude, but everyone here was so awesome! The food was made fast and everything was fresh! I quickly noticed that the dining room was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floor was so sticky that my daughter's crotch almost came out. Close to the counter where two employees stood and did not make any kind of effort to take the order for at least 30 seconds, and we were the only people in the restaurant. The food itself was best bad, the rolls tasted very stale, the roast meat was off, and the frits lubricated as if the oil had not been changed in a while. Over half of our order went to the garbage. Very disappointing, considering that this place was formerly excellent.
Ordered through the drive in on our way to a show at Sight and Sound. Ordered a #1 double, medium, a #10, a beef gyro with no tomatoes due to an allergy, and a cup of water. Recieved the food and drinks and left to eat at the parking lot before going into the show and we were missing the Turkey sandwich for the #10 and the gyro had tomatoes. Didn't have enough time to go back so we were quite upset. We returned after the show and manager refunded the price of the missing sandwich from the drive through.

I always love to get a roast beef sandwich and a shake. But this visit the shake machine was being cleaned! I would have given five stars but who cleans the machine during the lunch time? this should be done after closing so it is ready to go the next day!
Usually a great experience, but not tonight. We ordered curile pommes and got knitter fries that were also cold. Also got the chickens that had no taste at all. The picture is the Pommes we threw away because they were so bad.
We really enjoyed the roast beef sandwiches. However, it was frustrating to find that the restaurant was allegedly open for dining inside yet had locked doors. If sit-down dining isn't allowed, the sign should be removed.

Clean place with very cheerful and helpful staff that got our food quickly and polite throughout the entire experience. However they did forget part of our order with little people in the store. 9/10
The food was just ok. Wife ordered beef and chedder bun was hard. My chicken tenders were not fresh but it worked. Gave it a 2 star for filthy bathrooms I cant stand filthy bathrooms.
