To begin with the entrance for this place is extremely confusing as they have set up the truck stop, and if you have a larger truck, you will be difficult to maneuver after ordering to the drive break window. I ordered a mozzarella stick and a curly frit, both big and I asked for ketchup. The lady who took my order while I couldn't see that it was there was a drive-thru, it was extremely rude, no, no thank you zero manners. When I came to the order window, she took my card back and said to the front on the yellow line, literally that was all she told me I found I was very rude, as well as no thank you or nothing more. I waited, I would say, only about 5 minutes longer, they took out my order...
This is a combined Arbys/Popeyes/Convenient petrol station. Cleanliness is important, especially now days, and it can improve especially in the seating area where I had to clean my own table to be able to sit. You have to do this through the day. After cleaning my area, someone came to clean the other tables, but floor and common areas must be consistently clean. Apart from that, everything else was good, especially food.
I love this Arby's! I have had the pleasure of being helped almost always by the same person, David (Dupont ? for about 10 years...really! He is a hidden gem who I hope mgmt uses to train others on customer service 101. Order always correct, freshand delicious! With a friendly exchange and professional service from David I look forward to my visits through the fast, rarelytoo busy, drive thru in Travel America Center
They need to fire the loud mouth Man that works there he's not only rude to the customers he's hateful to the employees had to get a lady at popeyes to take order for elderly lady with Cane who stood there for 20 minutes to place order he definitelydoesn't need to work customer service very unpleasant
