Upon arrival at the Arby's drive thru at 6:30 pm, the cashier asked for my order. I told the cashier i needed a minute because it had been a while since I was last there (2 yrs). I struggled to see the menu because it was dark outside and themenu board had no light. We ordered the 2 for $7 Beef and Cheddar special and a Mocha shake on Sunday, and it was a disappointment. The sandwiches both had buns that were so dry, it felt like we were eating a sponge. The bottom bun completely soaked up the small amount of sweetsauce, yet still managed to stay dry, and the cheese sauce had a powder like feel with a slight bitterness. The roast beef wasconsistent with what you expect and want from Arby?s. The shake we shared, but didn?t finish (it was a small). There's an Arby's location at this spot. Overall, dining here can be a bit frustrating at times. One of the main downsides is that it's in an area with poor cell phone reception, which can make things tricky during lunch. On a positive note, the staff is really nice.
I don't know if these folks were just having a bad day, but they would definitely voiced it behind the lines. Even though the drive-thru and the dining area had long lines, they did get through very quickly and the food came out hot.

This place has some series work ethics issues. This is the third time they shutdown during regular business hours. If you don?t want to conduct business on post, change your work hours or get the hell out for others to serve!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was delicious and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend it.
Hours on front door are a lie, they close early, about 30 minutes in my case. It might?ve been drive-through only but closing inside at 5:00 seems pretty terrible
Very Slow Service. Its either they were very under staffed or the workers were not prepared. Would recommend you NOT waste your time(20-30minutes) waiting

The service was quick. I ordered a turkey, bacon, and ranch sandwich with curly fries, and it was very satisfying.
I like meaty sandwiches and potato cake... what they serve. Good gros too!
