Arby's - Reserva de mesa

We visit this restaurant frequently and usually have no complaints. The food is hot and the service is satisfactory, but tonight was a different story. The young man at the window was incredibly rude and dismissive. When we received our food, it was carelessly thrown in the bag. Our fries and mozzarella sticks were at the bottom of the bag, not even in their containers, and the sandwich that was supposed to be in a box arrived sideways and completely opened. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

What's the numerous different choices of fast food restaurants in Gillette It's my absolute pleasure to have a local branch of Arby's in Gillette I've never been disappointed and each time I go back I am greatly surprised and satisfied Employees are all with awesome

Service always fast and friendly. Even with ling line they get to you fast. Onl6issue I had was the 2 chocolate shakes were all syrup. Had to throw them out. The jamaco shake was fine. They were super busy so I'm sure it was just a hurry mistake.

Courtney is friendly and maintains a professional demeanor. She always seems to be busy, cleaning the dining area between customers. She greeted us like an old friend. We will definitely return because of her. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff in the evening were very kind and helpful. When a mistake occurred, they did not treat me like a thief, which is often the case in many places here in Gillette. Thank you for your kindness!

The staff are incredibly friendly. They may be quite young and relatively new to their roles, but they definitely demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong willingness to go the extra mile.

Was passing through town and this Arby's was close to the main Hwy 90 and was a convenient place to stop for lunch. Food was served fast and hot.

As with all arbys the drive through takes forever. Other than that they are great
