Very rude employee at drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and ordered the Chicken Diablo sandwich, just the sandwich. The reply was $6.36 for the sandwich. I replied thanks, then waited in line as there were multiple vehicles ahead. When I finally pulled up to the window the pay, I was greeted with a stern “Yes? I asked for vivians to make this private; but she refused to let me get an answer from here. I ordered a French bath to go and asked if the Au juice is left dry. the woman waiting for me told me there was no problem. I've done that for many years. When I picked up my order, I asked if the cup was dry and she said yes, when I pulled it out, it wasn't. I order a double-bread sandwich and have what I ordered and the problem is that the meat was spoiled! I tried to call the load to let them know that no one else would have this problem and the number does not work! I called the company and the dame was very rude. she said she couldn't give me a refund, as I ordered by the door locks what I didn't want. I just wanted them to take the pampered meat and torment it so that others don't get sick!

does not even deserve 1 star! a double beef and cheddar as well as a classic beef and cheddar flour. the food was cold, including the fries. hardly a cheddar on the bark and the cheddars! the girl that worked the window was rude and did not seem happy to be there! will never go to this arbys again! They were literally out of Every item on the menu but 3 according to the restaurant staff. I find this highly unlikely for any restaurant establishment. Thinking it's more of a LAZY EMPLOYEE problem. Most definitely will not be going back. Wost service ever!!

The shake machine at this restaurant has been out of order for months, yet they continue to promote their shakes on their online menu. It would be better to remove them from the menu so that customers are not charged for items they cannot receive.

Horrible service I ordered through Uber eats and they left half my order off and I had to wait for Uber to go back and get it then I had ordered a beef and cheddar and there was barely any cheese on it at all I was disappointed in them today ?

The service is good and the food is enjoyable. It can get crowded at times.
