On Sunday, November 7th, I decided to get a sandwich from Arby’s. I pulled into the drive-thru, where another car was already at the order stop. After five minutes of waiting with no movement, I started to feel frustrated when the car finally turned off. I kept waiting, but when I noticed four cars had lined up behind me, I decided to leave and go elsewhere. As I passed the pickup window, I saw people inside. Curious, I parked in front and went to place my order and voice my complaint, only to find the door closed with a sign saying the dining room had closed early. I could see three employees behind the counter just hanging out and not working! This will be my last visit to this location.
My husband and I must just have the worst luck at Arbys. Today we stopped for a late lunch and were the only car there. We ordered and she asked if we?d like extra cheese- yes of course! We got to the window, picked up our food and headed off. First,no straws were in the bag. Bummer, but okay. Second, no receipt was in the bag (it seemed very expensive for what we got- $22for 2 beef and cheddar meals . Third, no cheese was in the bag (which I?m assuming is where the extra charge came from? But whyoffer if you?re not going to even give us any? Fourth, fries were half full. The food we did get was good, but we were bummed tosay the least.
Went here for lunch last week and got up to the window, lady practically threw my bag at me and didn?t ask if I would like sauce or say anything at all. I figured it was just a busy lunch so I let it go and gave it another shot for dinner last night with myroommate. They had us pull up to wait for our food and we sat there for at least a good fifteen minutes, even though there wasonly one person after us and nobody else. Finally got our food and it was all gross. Both of our fries were soggy and cold andmozzarella sticks were undercooked. Think Im gonna pass on going to this location for a while until they get a better staff.
I tried the new sandwich?s this week, the Cajun fish wrap w/o the tomatoes and loved it! And also the Prime rib cheesesteak it wasn?t that good unfortunately but Ryan was nice enough to take care of the issue for me ???? I?m planning on going back toget the wrap again it had just enough heat and flavor to get you hooked!

No TURKEY?!? Second time in a row that I?ve gone to an Arby?s and I couldn?t get a Market Fresh Turkey sandwich. The staff was nice(4-Stars), but they didn?t have what I came to get(1-Star). The next time I?ll have just leave instead of adapting to theirofferings
I had a fantastic experience at the Belden Village location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I ordered 6 Reubens and 6 Knitterfries, and everything was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
I ate in the dining room and noticed the floor was sticky, with my shoes sticking as I walked. It was obvious the booths weren't cleaned between customers, as I found crumbs in every one I checked.
Arby's provided a very enjoyable experience! There was no waiting in line, the food was hot, and the service was quick and friendly.

I really enjoy their food, although I'm bummed that they removed the potato cakes from the menu. Still, the food is fantastic!
Quick drive-thru service! I really enjoy the chicken tenders!
