This is a well run store. Most of my orders are accurate and fresh. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. Today I asked for a full farmhouse Roasted chicken salad. They had no roasted chicken, and I was asked if fried chicken was an okay replacement. I said yes, and received this very humble side salad with a chicken tender 's worth of meat on top. Just thought this needed to be mentioned. Customer service was great. You guys really normally do good, please don 't cut corners on us.
I wanted to leave a public review because I couldn't figure out how to leave a rating. The roast beef sandwiches are delicious, but the chicken nuggets can be inconsistent. Sometimes they are very hard and tiny. I suggest avoiding the chicken nuggets if possible. DoorDash does not provide refunds for inedible items.
dear arby’s, but I was not on a consistent basis to make a real assessment of the service. but eating is always great when I left. about location like this is the turnover rate so high that the service can often fluctuate. surely love arby’s in general, although andy last trip I had no complaining
We arrived at 2:57 PM on a Sunday. Three cars in parking lot. Pulled up to the drive thru. No greeting. Five minutes later someone comes on and says “we’re closed”. Thanks for nothing — I see why the reviews are terrible. Website says open until 2. Don’t go to this Arbys. Reserva una mesa ahora
Food was banging but I was charged $4 for a sandwich I clearly had a coupon for free. That being said if you go to this location always check your receipt because they don’t bother using coupons and you will be charged for everything you get. Coupon or not.
google must change the operating hours. this restaurant closes around 18 o'clock every day and they would not have any idea to search online. food: 1/5
Same thing again at 5:30 pm last week appeared to be open during posted business hours and no service at the drive thru window. Just close, arbys!
