I filled out the feedback form after my initial review, and the manager promptly contacted me. She was very kind and apologized for the situation. She assured me that she would investigate what had gone wrong and invited me to come in for a replacement order. When I arrived, she was there and very welcoming. However, we used the drive-thru and had to wait about 5 or 6 minutes for our food. Once we got home, we discovered that instead of the Buffalo sliders we ordered, we received chicken strips with cheese and a side of Buffalo sauce as a substitute. I ordered a French dip with Swiss cheese and a large fry. The sandwich was exceptionally well-prepared and looked great. However, the curly fries had a really unpleasant aftertaste, as if the oil needed to be changed or at least filtered more regularly. Overall, it was a good experience, and this is definitely one of the better Arby's locations out there.

The drive-thru is a bit chaotic, mainly due to its location. However, the food is excellent, and I suggest dining inside. The restaurant is clean and spacious! Additionally, if you have the chance to be served by Glendon, consider yourself lucky—he made a fantastic impression with his friendly service!

The employees were incredibly positive! I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful lady who helped me during my visit. She was absolutely amazing and made my experience truly enjoyable!
