Arby's - Reserva de mesa

There was only one cook in the kitchen, along with a manager and two cashiers. The kitchen got so backed up that the manager had to stop taking orders altogether. It would help if someone were cross-trained to assist in the kitchen, and the manager could pitch in with making sandwiches. I felt sorry for the cashiers—they mostly just watched the digital order list, waited for food, and gave apologetic looks to the long line of customers. Right now, I’m writing this from the Taco Bell nearby, where I was served in just three minutes.

Disclaimer: My low rating mainly stems from staffing issues. While many places are understaffed these days, some manage it better than others. Kudos to the manager for doing their best with the situation. Aside from staffing, the experience was typical for a restaurant of this kind. The food quality is average fast food, with prices in line with similar spots. All the equipment and furniture were satisfactory. It's also worth mentioning that the staff were very accommodating and professional.

decided to jokingly go through the drive thru with our masks on and was told that we couldn 't record because that 's illegal, even though it isn 't. you really need to learn the law before you start claiming things like that and maybe join in the funevery once in a while. it 's not our fault you 're wasting your life away working at Arby 's lol.

My experiences at this Arby's have consistently been excellent. The staff are very friendly, and although they seem a bit short-handed, the quality of the food and service more than make up for it. My orders have always been accurate, freshly made, and delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora
