I recently tried the offer of five regular roast beef sandwiches for $5.00 after 5 pm at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the sandwiches did not look like they were advertised. I added horsey sauce to each sandwich and noticed variations in the quality, quantity, and placement of the roast beef. Three of the sandwiches were decent, but two of them had fresher sliced roast beef, evident from the color. Despite this, they were filling. To make the last two sandwiches more appealing, I combined the roast beef onto one sandwich with sauce on both the bottom and top buns. I stopped by this Arby's on the way to Atlanta. When I got back on the road, I noticed my chicken sandwich was absolutely SWIMMING in mayonnaise. I thought they had added cheese at first, that's how much was overflowing from the sandwich.I scraped off about 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise off of the top. Then I noticed the bottom was completely covered as well. This sandwich was completely inedible.I later called the store and asked to speak with the manager. An employee took down my name and number and told me someone would call me back. This restaurant is terrible! I decided to give it another chance today after not visiting for several months, but it was even worse than before. The drink station looked filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. The crinkle fries tasted old and reheated, and there were bone fragments in the meat. The Mac n cheese bites were expensive and unappetizing. The Philly cheese steak was cold and had a bad flavor, making me sick. I went at 11:30 am so everything should have been fresh. The prices were high and I will never eat at Arby's again. This reflects poorly on the management. I will find better, safer, and more affordable options elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience at the Arby's restaurant I recently visited. The roast beef sandwich was of poor quality, tasting old and barely warm. The milkshake was bland and lacked flavor. I entered the restaurant and had to quickly use the restroom. It was a nightmare. There was a dead roach, the floor was wet and dirty, and trash was scattered everywhere. It looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I left immediately because I couldn't even imagine what the food preparation area must look like.

Manager was nice, but nothing was filled (napkins, condiments, straws). And the men's bathroom was gross.

Costumer service was good, their attitudes were great. I'd go back!
