Arby's - Reserva de mesa

I took these pictures back in May 2023 and forgot to do a Google review on it. I'm not sure if the drive-thru board is fixed by now or not since I haven't been here since May but it was broken like that for quite some time. The food was just okay on this visit the restaurant felt a little bit unclean and not well taken care of. The employee that took our order was friendly so that was a plus. This isn't a typical place that I would stop to eat lunch so I'm not exactly sure if I'll return or not.

I spent 30 dollars and asked the man at the window 2 questions. He didn't say 1 word single word, just stared at me like I was dumb. I am a GM of a restaurant so when I speak it is ALWYS may I? Please and thank you. I'm not spending 30 dollars for 2 people to eat lunch and get treated poorly. This is why you have no customers . I will not be back

spent a few minutes for a large order on the app only to find out at the end of my ordering process that the store was closed 15 minutes before the actual closing time so I wasted a ton of time very irritating and unprofessional to be closed before their hours for closing I mean it's only 9:45 at night it's not like it's 2:00 in the morning

I visit this restaurant for the food, not the service. The person making the sandwiches should try to put the meat on the bun instead of letting it hang off the side. It's sloppy work, but I guess you can't expect much for $16-18 an hour. The management doesn't seem to care either. Reserva una mesa ahora

Sad to hire people that hate their job. Horrible customer service. Had descent service on prior visits. I do not understand why people work jobs they hate. It is bound to run off loyal customers.

The sandwich was disappointingly dry, with a lack of cheddar. The beef n cheddar had very little cheese sauce, making it difficult to taste.

I was thrilled to find that they offered jalapeno poppers with bronco berry sauce! The service was quick and friendly.

Not overly crowded, suitable for kids and generally friendly towards them.
