I wasn't particularly impressed with my experience at this restaurant. I decided to stop in because I enjoy their sandwiches, but the service left much to be desired. The server never smiled, even when I tried to make lighthearted comments. What's more, the server seemed to be playing a new game where they whispered so softly that I could barely understand them, even after asking them to repeat themselves several times. At one point, I even told them I couldn't hear them, but they didn't speak any louder. Perhaps this is the new standard of service in Maryland.

It was filthy. The floors were very sticky, the urinal, sink and walls had black stains and smelled. You would think that, with me being the only customer, one of the 3 or 4 employees would have at least checked it while they clearly not busy. I don't think I'll be going back to that location again.

It took a good 3mins for someone to speal to us, although I could see to the hole in the wall that they were in the office laughing (i wanna laugh to share with me our food was cold (but my fries came straight out of the fryer? Otherwise the food was delish.

Great Rueben. The stack house bbq was very disappointing. Fries have improved quite a bit. Turkey was good.
This restaurant was very dirty. The food was below average and the service was not good.
The people serving were so nice and friendly supper clean here late nights love it here.
Clean and prompt with orders. Seems to be under new management. Would recommend.

It was great got coupon meals, was able to use as many meal deals they offer!!
Please consider adding the burger to the permanent menu.
