Arby's - Reserva de mesa

The original cashier was fantastic, but the manager who took over was not as good. Our experience was terrible. When we asked for our food, she just threw everything into a bag. We requested Arby's sauce and she threw in 26 packs of it. Two other customers asked for their drinks after us, only to be told by the manager that they didn't have their drinks in the drive-thru. The manager then started screaming at the customers, using colorful language. Overall, the manager displayed poor customer service.

I went to this restaurant to try the burger with a sweet sauce, but they didn't have any sauce available. When I tried to return my order because it was not as advertised and was not enjoyable to eat, the staff member refused at first but eventually gave me a refund after I expressed my frustration. I was very disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this restaurant again. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

The young man, who I believe was named Austin, who took my order at this restaurant had excellent customer service skills. Usually, when people ask if they can get something for me at the end of my order, it irritates me, but Austin's polite offer was much appreciated. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the hard-working young man, Austin. Thank you, sir! Also, the food was delicious.

The woman at the counter was very friendly and nice. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $10-20. The food was delicious and we rated it a 5 out of 5. The service was also excellent, earning another 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and we gave it a 5 as well. We would recommend trying the roast beef dish. I really loved the new bacon cheese steak. It was messy but good. I didn't like that the floor in front of the front counter was sticky. I also didn't like having to go back and ask for the shake that I ordered and almost had to repay for it. Other than that, it was a good experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant when I tried to place an online order 20 minutes before closing time. Even though my order arrived just 8 minutes later, they informed me that they do not accept online orders within an hour of closing. This policy seemed disorganized and inconvenient.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and the food quality is top-notch. The employees are helpful, quick, and the food is served hot and fast! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

Chicken tenders were awesome, and crisp crinkle fries! If I am going to do fast food, Arby's is the best!
