Arby's - Reserva de mesa

We've been to this location twice in 3 days and both times they were closed. The first time we hadn't looked online and didn't realize they closed at 6pm. The 2nd time we went, yesterday a Saturday, their website says they're open until 10 or 11pm and they were closed at 6:20pm. According to Google their hours were updated 3 days ago so why not put the correct hours? We live about a 20 minute drive from this location and it's the only one around us so to drive out twice and both times they're closed is quite disappointing. There's also no signage to indicate that they're closed. The large Arby's sign out front was still lit the 2nd time we went. At this point it isn't worth driving back out...

I visited the restaurant and ordered a milkshake. The flavor was decent, but I am giving it less than 5 stars because they did not have plastic straws. The paper straw they provided was ineffective, as I could barely get any liquid out of it, roughly the size of a tic tac. I checked to see if they had plastic straws, but unfortunately they did not. The employee at the counter was polite, and it's not his fault, but it's disappointing that these companies and our government do not prioritize this issue.

I had the shortest personal that today picked up my order and handed it to me. I didn't get the usual greeting from the employees today. she was super unprofessional and rude. she had burgundy haare and really needed more training. Maybe it was her last day or something, but she's awful on the drive-thru. I know there is a lack of personal, but wow it will be a lack of customers when they hire people like them. they also close at 18 o'clock.

I love the menu and the quality of the food at this restaurant. There are healthy options available for those who prefer them, or guests can choose whatever they like. It's a great place to go with a group of people, as everyone will be able to find something they enjoy. Reserva una mesa ahora

I stopped for dinner and had a beef and cheddar meal with curly fries and a root beer. It was excellent, everything was delicious. The Drive-Thru was convenient and efficient. I have had bad experiences at other Arby's locations, but this one was good.

Half the time, they're drive-thru only (so you're out of luck if you're a pedestrian), and they NEVER put up ANY signs indicating that the lobby is closed. You're just greeted with a very unwelcoming locked door and glares from employees inside.

Love their classic roast beef sandwiches. Had a coupon to use and the sandwiches with two for $4. They we're very good. Also received a lot of the sauce packets.

I try the fish sandwich for the first time and it was really good and real fish? can not go wrong with the curly pommes

Food was made to order, hot and fresh. Server/cashier very friendly and polite.
