Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE! Energetic young man took my order. I didn’t remember his name, I meant to! Because dude was awesome! On point! He took order with energy, greeted me in drive thru, took money and gave change while saying “I sure appreciate you, sir. Please come again! “ with a sincere smile. I don’t even remember how good the food was. lol I was just so blown away by this kid! Great guy. Will probably be an Owner if he so desires. thick young black guy; if it helps. I say GIVE HIM A RAISE! For sure. I will be back. -after reading the other people’s reviews, I’m pretty sure the guy’s name is KJ

We stopped by the restaurant tonight at 10:15 and ordered some food and shakes. Kj, the young man who took our order and served us, was very polite and had a great attitude. He made sure our food was fresh and even came out to check on us and chat for a bit, which is something you don't see often. Our food was promptly served and we could tell it was made with care. Thank you, Kj, for delivering excellent customer service. Your $10 tip is well-deserved. Arby's, please consider giving this man a raise or promotion - he's the greatest of all time!

I gave this restaurant a five star rating solely because KJ had it in the car. Unfortunately, they were out of Buffalo sauce so I couldn't get my sliders. However, we were able to find a solution and around 9:30pm, on a night when all the other restaurants were closed due to a power failure, my husband took care of me.

I had a hair mixed with my fries and the manager said it is not one of us I am a black man with short hair, so a long hair is not mine or have I mixed it with my fries great management skills to suspect that it was the customers

KJ was exceptional. I mean exceptional. Who is his manager? His customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. It is hard to come by in today's fast food industry. You better treat him well and hold onto him!

The food was great and the gentleman who worked the drive thru was AMAZING AND AWESOME!!! He was so polite and very helpful, polite and a true Lord. I wish I got his name!!

The food was excellent and fresh, I had the turkey gyro, and my peeps at Arby's KNOW I love my orange cream shake..don't forget tge whipped cream!!

They have the best foods in sherwood, and they got great shakes try it out for yourself
