it took one because to get the food, but it was excellent and the people were very nice. (another guy actually had to get a refund and go without eating because it took so long that his break was over! but the place was evil. it was empty when we left at 430 a.m., so there is no lively apology. the bathroom was rough. the ketchup container was empty. it was the soaking on the tresor when we arrived there, and it was still there when we left 45 minutes later. there were 2 clean tables at the whole place. in the meantime, the cashier leans over the counter that plays on her phone.
Tried to get food Tuesday around 6pm. A gentleman said he was the only person their and was closed. This is definitely unacceptable. Employees should never be running a fast food restaurant by themselves. I don't blame the employee, he was very polite and explained the situation to me and even told me where my family could get some food from since we where just passing by. These days it is just not safe for an employer to allow this. Plus 1 person trying to take orders, cook, make and serve orders is just not fair to the employee. You can't expect this from your employees.
This could possibly be the worst Arbys in Alabama. I’ve had multiple issues here, but this situation is the worst. I Sat at the drive thru order speaker for about 4 minutes until I finally drove around to the order window to find absolutely no one in the entire business. At least three other cars were still at the order window when I drove off.I understand it’s hard to get people to work nowadays, but at least let folks know that your business is closed, or shut it down permanently if you are not going to staff it.
marcus evans the layer manager was beyond rude. I tipped my card on the floor in the hardboard and not even tried to pick it up. instead he closed the drive window. bad hire and customer service. eating was wrong and while he tried to check my food, he rushed me out of the drive by saying, "you eat is not right or some." Very good. after all, my eating was done wrong. I always deal with nice people at this place. he has to work on customer service, especially because I was nice to him. Reserva una mesa ahora
I used to run through this store regularly for a fresh sandwich. I know there are less people working, but this place has gone down down down . Today every table was filled with smears and food debris. The floors were so dirty that ketchup was dried on. Sauce station had dried crud. Bathroom filthy. To everywhere on floors. Toilet disgusting. Service polite, but severely lacking in efficiency. I think health dept.could close this place. I am sad.
through the way. When I arrived, I noticed someone was in the window, so I knew they were open. but when I went to the loud redner, nobody said anything. I had to say something before someone reacted. in my experience of working in almost food when someone drives, they should realize that someone is there by mentioning that they will be a moment, not ignore them the customers.
The worst store I have ever been, went to the drive threw the lady failed to take my order. She refused. Told me to hold on waited for 20 min, never got back,But she can take others orders. I don’t have time to hold on when there hardly customers around this lady needs to stop being lazy and do her job. So I driven off. Will not come back to this location.
I came here for a late lunch and decided to come in instead of using the drive thru and I'm glad I did. The staff was very polite and hard working the environment was respectful and welcoming. I went on Saturday night at 8:30. the girl in the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I ordered and moved around behind two other cars. After 12 minutes, no one was moved, so I moved. this is the first time that this place has disappointed me. it is in the regular great service and good food.
