This was my second time trying Arby's. I fancied the curly fries from yesterday so I thought I'd try some food today. At the drive through I'm told to give them a minute. After 3mins no one has taken my order, I asked the cashier should I just pull forward, with attitude she said pull forward.Get to the window and cashier looking dumbfounded that my order wasn't taken yet. Go figure. Placed my order and while driving off, I realized they had my order wrong. Went back and told her I was given the wrong sandwich. Cashier states I said I wanted a number 6. I never told her an order number since my order was taking at the window and I asked for a crispy fish sandwich but was given chicken. Cashier claimed she's deaf in one ear and misheard me. Being deaf in one ear is one thing but it doesn't stop you from being nasty to your customers let's not use that as an excuse. I'll never patronize Arby's again. I'm pretty sure the meal I asked for was less than the meal I was charged for as well.
