If I couldn't make a star, I would. through the drive-thru and our order, when we asked for sauces, we were told with a attitude that we should ask them in the window. Okay, good, no big thing. they were pleasant at the window, but they rushed us at the window to the point that we did not notice that our credit card was not returned. have tried to talk to a superior all week to get them back to deliver it back to us as it would be 3 hours to get it back when we traveled when we stopped at lunch. Absolutely appalled by the customer service at this location. Girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude. I had a coupon to use and gave it at the window and she said “you were supposed to give me this at the speaker.” And i said “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know” then she proceeded to shut the window in my face. Then she opened it again and said “we’ll next time give it to us at the window” then made me wait on my food until it was cold! So ridiculous!!

Good service. Late at night, so had run out of roast beef. But freshly cooked tenders were very good.
