I had taken my elderly parent for dinner. She likes Arby's and hasn't been able to go in a long time due to Covid. Right from entering I noticed that the inside was very dirty. I have never seen this before. Every part from counters, floors and every table was dirty. We placed our order and was told to take a seat. My mother ordered a beef an cheddar and a drink I had a Ruben, crinkle fries and drink. The wait time was not long. They called our number first the Arby's sandwich had little meat and a big glob of cheese all over. There was only about a table spoon of meat. The restaurant itself was not one star bad , it seemed to be clean for the most part except for the floor and Out of the 5 sauce dispensers there was 3 dispensers empty or not working which added to the image of the place needing some improvementbut I could let it slide because of the time of the day and staff being busy with orders . The staff was nice as well didn'thave any issues there either. The food however was lacking in everything. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken seemed tobe cold and stale, the cheese didn't even melt and the sandwich itself felt overall dry . A mistake was made with our order by a worker in the kitchen who then began swearing and yelling loudly in the restaurant when informed. There was no ice available for our drinks, and even after a long wait for them to correct the order, it still came out wrong. We didn't realize the mistake until we got home as no receipt was provided for us to fill out a survey. The manager knew about the employee losing control but did nothing to address it, allowing the behavior to continue, even though there were children present who could hear everything.
Gave this location a 3 star largely because of the management staff. One male manager specifically. I can never see his name tag. I asked him his name once and he said sarcastically Bill . If you read any of my previous reviews you will see that I amdefinitely customer service oriented. Quite plainly, Bill 's attitude sucks. Each time I have to have a dealing with him henever says thank you or anything. Just kind of like here 's your food now leave. There is one manager there that is very good. Bill is not the good one.

The ride thru young lady was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. It was refreshing to see. The bratbeef sliders, curly frits, knitterfrries, mint shake and double chocolate chip cookie was delicious. I'm not sure what this Jamoca Shake should be.
Had the wagyu burger, it was good, probably not as good as the stuff that you would get nearby at The pickle barrel or market Street Burger but it is what it is. Atmosphere is fairly standard. Nothing really bad or good to say it's adequate.
Ordered DoorDash.. Two sandwiches? one was fine the other had two slices of beef on a beef and cheddar. I work in the service industry too. Come on people pay money to eat food. Definitely not worth the 5.75 a sandwich will not order again.
Dirty place, barely any place to sit down because nobody cleaned the tables. When ordering the guy at the counter had an attitude. When we asked for napkins, we got 3 for 3 people. Could do much better

Great service.Just tries the nuggets after ordering there for 20yrs and they're thee BEST Fast food Nuggets,my exp was quality,super fast and so friendly I gave them a tip. Great Lunch.
Good food, good selections and good service. I have never had a bad experience. I will be back.
