Un bel endroit où vous pouvez facilement trouver votre bonheur quand vous êtes végétarien. Pizzas et légumes sont bien repérés, et une partie de la carte est consacrée aux options végétariennes: un risotto, des raviolis, des falafels et une assiette de légumes de saison avec des pommes de terre. Il y a aussi un plat végétalien de saison. Les pizzas sont vraiment bonnes et service et polyglotte. Le prix est correct pour la région, ce qui signifie cher pour tout autre endroit du globe ~20€ pour une gorgonzola de tomate cool. The restaurant is located in the hotel and has a large terrace. Favorite wit locals. Wood fired oven pizza made to order. Vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, with or without cheese. A page full of vegetarian ducks, pastas, risotto etc. Fresh vinaiigrette, organic quality olive oil served with meal, seasoned olive oils, beautiful bread. Fair amount of Veg selections. Peaceful seating. Relaxing with mountain views. Great Italian style service from multi-national personnel.
The waiter checks whether the vegetable soup of the day is really vegan and it wasn't. Luckily, the minestrone is soup. The pizza was well made, but as usually it is not worth the price as you need a second pizza to feel satiated. For dinner in Gstaad as a vegan it is a good option and certainly one of the cheapest.
