As a Chinese that grew up in Asia, I can testify that the food here is pretty authentic! They have set lunches that come with soup, the waiters waitresses speak Cantonese, which was great! You can also request to add chilli (I pieces) if you prefer spicier food.
Arc En Ciel has very authentic Asian cuisine. I just went on a Monday night and this placed was packed. Will definitely go back on next trip to Hannover.

Pitched up without a reservation but they fitted us in and we had really good food. Service was quick and the dishes were all very tasty.
