The food was acceptable but the service very slow or the owner doesn't manage the place very well as some customers (a couple and a child) came well after us and were served before us! We didn't speak Portuguese but the family did very well...this...table had more priveldge than the rest and you could tell they were pampered by the boss and this is just unacceptable for a business... This remains a personal opinion.

As soon as we arrived we were taken to the kitchen to witness the suckling pigs being taken out of the oven, with the Chef-patron giving enthusiastic explanations of the whole process. The food was tasty and felt authentic, the staff efficient and friendly. There...are fish dishes as well as pork. The restaurant was roomy and well appointed. A bit of an experience, but vegetarians may feel out of place here.
The moment you arrive in the restaurant you are made to feel at home. The owner comes a shakes your hand like a long lost friend, and all staff are very friendly.
