Great restaurant! nestled in the heart of the small france in strasbourg, this restaurant is away from the hustle and yet is worth a visit! the staff is very friendly and with little care and listening! dishes are good, well prepared, well cooked, and especially with a lot of flavors! We enjoy it and enjoy the tastes! the room is arranged in a beautiful way and allows to have space. I had come to August 2015, unfortunately I can't go back to the date until then, but at the time we had a shower on the head and the staff had given us the heat and gave us towels! Since then, I advise him to all my friends who come to visit us! I let you admire the dishes we had to eat!!

I had come on several occasions, with family or friends, and enjoyed this restaurant, its terrace, its flambées pies and its reception. My last dinner doesn't make me want to go back to it: very little flames, very medium reception and the friendly chloe has left room for a horsetail pike which, when it is noticed that the flames are burned explains you with a dedained air that it is normal ... since they are cooked in a wood oven!!! and a advice: drink a better bed of wine, it will be normal ...

I've been in several restaurants in Strussburg, this is the best one. Everything was great. There was an English menu and the staff spoke English with a smile. The restaurant is in the middle of old town, so the atmosphere was very good. The food was superb. We chose traditional food: Tartar steak and escalope with mushrooms. It was superb. Just superb. The wine menu has wide variety with several regional wines with reasonable price.I will definitely come again in my next visit to this region.

... and that sums it up in a nutshell. They offer a nice choice of local specialties - ranging from "choucroute" over "flamed pizzas" to warm cheeses... all equally good.The choucroute was outstanding, way too big to finish. OK meal, the steak with pepper sauce was good as was the potato gratin. The desserts however were disappointing: cold chocolate fondant; slightly lumpy creme brulee and soggy pastry for the tarte tatin.

small restaurant away from the centre's turbulence, close to the covered bridge and the Vauban bridge...The terrace is nice, efficient staff and dishes deserve the detour... Don't hesitate!

the silveroratum is by far the restaurant offering quality alsatian cuisine with soft prices...very difficult to find a better value for money. I'm absolutely advised.
