The restaurant is situated in Harbour Town plaza next to Patterson Allied Health so perhaps it’s not something terribly noticeable that you would see and think ‘Hey, I really want to try it.’ In fact, I discovered it after attending an evening appointment at Patterson...Allied Health and had been planning to get some takeaway for dinner at one of the other many eateries in the Plaza. We’ve been here several times and have always enjoyed the food. This was the first time we ordered the big sushi boat. minutes later we were starving and about ready to go get burgers when the food finally arrived. It was good, but we...were so hungry by then that we hardly tasted it. They should not put take out orders ahead of other diners, and should include a warning on time when you order the boat. The other two tables ordered the same thing and had the same problem. If they can’t make it in an appropriate amount of time don’t offer it.
We have been coming here for a good years now. We have eaten sushi at many different places and always leave agreeing that Ariake was better. Always lovely fresh mouth watering food. The restaurant is intimate and cosy and very lovely. The staff are...always nice and helpful. And the owner is always looking after his guest and very friendly. We regularly dine here and so do many of our friends and family. Highly recommend and a massive thumbs up for us.
The food was very nice, especially the sushi boat, with the freshest sashimi. Service was a bit slow but the result was worth waiting for. The restaurant is a bit sparse and very noisy. Ok for a family outing but I wouldn't recommend it for...a romantic dinner. Staff were polite and friendly but very busy and not always easy to attract their attention..

Went here as a family and we had the boat as well as a number of other things. It is a tiny little place so you need to book. The food was delicious and we tried many of the items on menu. I did not...order so not sure exactly what we had. It was delicious. You need to go and try it! Cheers

The food is here is great. The restaurant itself is more like a cafe so if your looking for something more fancy this is not it.

Booked for a quite dinner but pics weren't quite the same as website depicted but still pleasant food and quite place to eat
We are regulars at Ariake they make the most delicious Agadashi tofu. It never disappoints and is a great local option.
