Best meal I’ve ever had. Was concerned that I might be stuffed after eating 6 course tasting menu and that the wine pairings would be too much alcohol for me, but neither was a problem. I shared a little of my wine with my wife. Every course was wonderful. Especially liked the scallop in asparagus bisque and prawns in chorizo cream with Parmesan polenta. The Riesling with the salad course was the best I’ve ever had. The almond cake with rhubarb gel was a nice finish just sweet enough. The texture of the cake was perfect, not heavy but also not too airy. I often have problems sleeping after eating a big meal or drinking alcohol, but I slept great after this meal.
The most beautiful food in Bend. Encourage and recommend tasting menu with wine pairings, it is incredibly thoughtful. Each course was phenomenal and the wines all perfectly paired. Also recommend starting the Carpaccio and the Hamachi cheese, oh and a filthy martini with blue cheese olives, best martini ever. We are often here and are almost always lucky to have Justin as our waiter and he is the BEST.
Maybe the best and finest food in Bend. Excellent selection of appetizers and entrees. Drinks are perfectly prepared. The cooking menu is excellent and can be offered for those with food restrictions. Matching wines were great. Service is great. Fine food and date night, no kids for us. Prices are as expected for upscale gourmets. Make sure to plan at least one month in advance for reservations.
Fantastic meal went here for my birthday and we were not disappointed. The tasting menu is very cheap. We chose the wine pairing that was made very good and perfectly paired with each course. None of the courses disappoint or miss the brand, as our experience in some other restaurants with tasting menus. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back!
