"It was a nice Korean experience. Side dishes were good, but they did not give us any rice. I wasn't too sure if the meal came with rice, but for an Asian restaurant, the didn't provide us with it. Air circulation was good as well. Prices were average. The waiters/waitresses keep coming by to change the grill, so it won't get too messy, which was a bonus."

Had a great experience the first time I went here with my bf but the second time we went our waitress was really rude and kept taking the food off of our plates to cook it herself even though we were already doing that! We thought it was so she could take the dirty plates back but she just left them there?? She kept coming back and touching our food and not even talking to us. The food was great don't get me wrong the first time we went it was great and we had a young waitress but this time the old lady was rude so we won't be going back anymore.
This place is located in the busy North Road area, it’s a really busy location, but honestly there is a better option in the same complex. The quality of meat for the price point you pay is not quite worth it.The good thing is the size of the place means you usually don’t need to wait too long if you get there early. The service is also top notch, which helps.Overall if you’re looking for Korean BBQ, I would suggest another location as you can get more for the price point. Otherwise it’s a decent spot for a quick bite and hang out.
We ordered the surf and turf combo and wow it was just amazing. The meat cut was delicious and the seafood was high quality. The side dishes were appetizing as well plus you can get free refills. They won't regularly check up on you like most restaurants and you would need to press the service button to call a server. Despite that, the service was fast and efficient. I would 100% recommend Arisu if you are looking for food quality similar to other high end kbbq restaurants like Kook.
Everything in store is great, however, it is not easy to find the location to park your vehicle.Food is delicious, full marinated meat tastes pretty soft and juicy.The grill is made by steel, not cast iron or the special surface. When you grill or barbecue, those sugar from marinated sauces will burn and stick on grill.This is the thing I really don’t like even waiters/waitress came to change very often.
