I was at the branch in Buxtehude on Saturday, the saleswoman older lady just didn't serve me. Whether it was because she was supposed to pack a gift together or my accent... the seller left me standing. I should look around... I told her that I already know that I wanted to package coffee and chocolates from the counter for a gift. Their answer was: “You see, the shop is full.” She left me standing and took anyone who had entered the store after me. After the 8th customer, I left the business and drove to Neugraben. The seller in Neugraben was great, there everything worked wonderfully, the store was full, the seller smiled and had not prioritized the customers according to their origin. Too bad that in Buxtehude this still seems to be a topic. I hope not everywhere!

I'm not a fan of candy, but if I'm in Buxtehude, I'm almost always making an order purchase here, mostly to buy coffee that is available as a whole bean or freshly grounded. I've always been kindly served. Arko is located at the beginning of the Buxtehuder pedestrian zone and is always well visited. The shelves and shelves are filled with pastries, chocolate and marzipan. On Easter and Christmas there are also special items. Especially appealing is the glazed vase where a huge selection of chocolates on the client: wait.
