We were a group of 8, they accommodated us very well in the area we asked for. The evening started very nice, we placed our order with the waitress who treated us very kindly, after that everything went downhill. We waited for the food for 1 hour and asked what was happening that the food did not arrive, the answer was that it would come out in 5 minutes. After another hour they told us that they had forgotten a dish and that we were going to have to wait another half hour, to which the fabulous group of 8 said no and that we were leaving. To which the thugs from the Restaurant wanted to come and charge us for the drinks and demanded that we pay everything including the service! Emphasizing...
It was amazing! The girl came, wrote down the entire order, laughed at everything we said and treated us great. After two hours of constantly complaining about the food, they told us that they had misplaced the order and that we would have to wait another half hour to receive our order. Later they wanted to charge us for the drinks we consumed during the long wait (including service). When we refused, they treated us like dirty Argentinians. I recommend it for anyone who wants to waste an afternoon waiting for a meal that is not going to arrive and be treated with some xenophobia. They sign: The hateful 8 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Hoje começo diferente. Venha com calma, sem pressa e sem fome. Toda comida incluindo os petiscos são feitos na hora. Começamos pelos pastéis, jilo e costela e shitake com gorgonzola. (MUITO MAIS QUE O ESPERADO) O chopp artesanal IPA no ponto certo, as caipivodkas com smirnoff no ponto certo. O torresmo na lata, fora da curva, olha que corro atrás do torresmo (recomendo muito). O talharim com shitake uma preciosidade. Super recomendo. Melhor restaurante de Lumiar. Hj ainda tinha música ao vivo. Top demais.
The city is full of Shitake dishes, but this is the only establishment that has Shitake pastry, which my boyfriend was dying to eat. Unfortunately, disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for two pastries and when it came it was a wind pastry, with some Shitakes and no gorgonzola. Only the passion fruit sauce that came with it was saved. We left very frustrated. Gostaria de expressar meu descontentamento com a cobrança do coubert artístico deste restaurante. Em julho deste ano estive em Lumiar com a família. Após o passeio pelas cachoeiras com uma das agências de turismo local, fui ao restaurante. Perguntei ao garçon se poderia não pagar o couvert e expliquei que iria ser uma refeição completa em três pessoas. O mesmo disse que o convert era obrigatório. Lamentável falta de trato com o cliente.

We asked for an aipim pinch with acorn sauce, which was good, but we wait about an hour. The restaurant did not have the cheapest beers of the menu, we ordered a heineken (600ml) that cost 18,00. The restaurant charges 10,00 per person (required) couvert although the music is bad. We won't come back.
