had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee and microwaved sandwich, two days in a row. not only was the wait slightly agitating, but both sandwiches were overcooked and the two coffees, both normal lattes, tasted vastly different. the staff was rude and looked confused as to why I was waiting for more food, even going as far to ask you 're not waiting on anything else are you? while they were actively forgetting to make my sandwich. Honestly wouldn't recommend this location unless you're only getting a rush, and even then the consistency sub-par at best.One of the baristas added a $2 tip to my card but still told me the total without the tip. I asked for the receipt because I saw the charge and she said she couldn't find it, so I asked another girl and she found it rather quickly. I only wanted the $2 refunded and they refunded the entire order which was nice, I guess.That was the final nail in the coffin for this location to me.

I love this place! The only problem is the wait times at every location. That is what prevents me from giving a perfect score on service. Not because of the baristas!This location won't allow online ordering at this point in time and I haven't been inside to review that honestly.Parking: Small Hannaford strip mall area. Lots of stops and traffic from all sides. Pay attention to foot traffic as well.

This was my first time dining at AJ's where you could sit down. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was, as I have had frustratingly slow experiences at other AJ's locations in the past. The bathroom was decent, though I did have to wait 5 minutes to use it. I can't say for sure if it's where employees go to take breaks, but who knows. Plenty of convenient parking available as well. I went in to get a latte yesterday however there was a blonde girl who yelled at a brunette for “not making a chai tea right” I felt highly uncomfortable and I can’t imagine how the poor girl felt that got yelled at, I also was in the store for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to great me and no one did, so I left. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Completely unprofessional. Terrible management. They treat their girls like they are disposable, only keeping the ones they like. They love to play favorites here. Avoid this location at all costs.
