I’m so glad I stopped here on my way through town. There are really tasty and healthy vegan options here. The tofu scramble wrap was full of fresh, nutritious, and delicious ingredients. Vegan muffin was really nice with a French press coffee. Muffin has a great texture (not over baked), a slightly crunchy top, and not too sweet. Energy ball is quite sweet (a lot of dates, I think) and would be great fuel if you’re on the go and need a boost. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for plant based goodness!
This place has a different vibe. I've been to a cafe like this it's beautiful. The ambience is just amazing. It's a treat for your eyes to experience all those different paintings and if you pay close attention to the wall you will find notes left by people who visited before. It's just an amazing experience.
Great place to study and have a snack, treat, light meal and delicious drink. Highly recommend trying the tea. I was visiting Kamloops from Victoria and this cafe has THE BEST TEA I’ve ever tried. Thanks for a lovely experience. Next time I’m there I’m stocking up on all your teas.
Love this boho venue! Spent a lazy hour here on Saturday morning. French pressed coffee was lovely and the yogourt with granola and maple syrup was divine!Super fun local art, pottery and jewelry. Peace.

the place itself is gorgeous with plenty of art and crafts on display. the staff very welcoming and super helpful and the food is amazing, very flavourful and decent portions. a must check!
The women working the till was a delight and we had a little chuckle over her mis-step in words which set the mood off right. I had a loose leaf chai tea and it was great. Love this place.
Fantastic coffee, very friendly staff, served a French press with a side of milk I requested for a questionably low price! Definitely my #1 coffee shop in Kamloops.
Lively cafe with local goods and real food selection. Large enough to still enjoy some privacy while seated. French press was delish
