We had to wait quite a while just for our drinks, and I could hear the bartender across the room awkwardly asking where to find “Margarita” — was it under “M”? The margarita itself was mediocre at best, and the Moscow mule was also disappointing. The Caesar salad lacked enough dressing, leaving it feeling like plain dry lettuce with parmesan. The mashed potatoes were just okay, and the sautéed mushrooms could have been better. I met my wife and her friend for a late dinner, and everything was wonderful! As soon as we walked in, a waitress greeted us and promptly seated us. She ended up being our server and did an outstanding job. Her name is Ivy, and she truly represents your brand well. Chef Max came to our table twice to check on us and ensure we were enjoying our experience. The food was delicious, which is the main reason to dine out, but it was the friendly interactions with the staff that will definitely bring me back.

We went here for our Anniversary for the 2nd year in a row. We did not make a reservation this time, we had the same server, Jessica. She is our favorite and we travel all over for great service and food. Absolutely amazing place to eat, we will be making a reservation for our upcoming party this summer! 10 of 10 for every single meal, and this is coming from people who know and love great food!

We ate at Arta's for the first time last night. They had a minor issue with staffing that resulted in the meal taking a little longer, but they advised us before seating in the event that we wanted to make a different choice. We had an excellent experience at the restaurant – the service was outstanding, the food was spectacular, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The owner personally attended to us, and our waitress was fabulous. I would return in a heartbeat! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality makes it well worth it.

I had an exceptional meal! The Pollo Supreme was undoubtedly one of the best chicken dishes I've ever tasted. And the Tiramisu? Absolutely amazing! Just keep in mind that, like many places in the hospitality industry right now, the service was a little slow, but it was definitely worth the wait. Food: 5/5

We celebrated a birthday dinner here and had a fantastic experience. We’ve visited the restaurant before, and the food is consistently excellent. The owner truly cares about his restaurant, and it shows. This place holds special meaning for our community, and we appreciate it greatly.

The owner was especially thoughtful. We had dinner during the time that it was difficult to get people to work. Because the food took longer than expected to come out he gave us a complimentary appetizer and apologized sincerely

Food was outstanding. The bacci pasta is amazing. Sam has always made us feel welcome since our very first visit. The new bar is amazing. Already looking forward to our next visit!
