Arte Wien Stadthalle

Stayed at Arte hotel for 5 nights because there was a good deal when we booked using a 3rd party platform. We had a fuss free check in and check out experience, and housekeeping services were great every day. We also absolutely adored the pool table in the hotel lounge thats free for all guests to use! One of the sticks was spoilt, but otherwise everything else was in very good condition. Our Jazz room was spacious (though oddly shaped) and had sufficient charging points. However, we found that there were several amenities lacking in the room. No kettle for boiling water, no tea spoon for stirring, no slippers, and our room was missing 1 hanger on top of the already very limited number of ha...

We stayed here with a group of 65 for a vocational youth pilgrimage, and the experience was excellent. The hotel was very accommodating, and the staff handled our large group smoothly. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had efficient air conditioning—great for the summer heat. We especially loved the themed aesthetics throughout the hotel—it added a unique and memorable touch to our stay. Highly recommended! Service: 5

Everyone will feel right at home. There's a warm, friendly staff/ atmosphere. The rooms are neat and practically furnished. Located 1.8 km from the Volkstheater and the Burgring. Recommended place ! Service: 5
