Artesano - Reservar una mesa

Me and my friends went here while on a road trip trough Europe. From the second we went it we got ignored by the blonde staff member, even though we were sat at the bar it took her 15 minutes to finally look at us and ask us if we'd like anything. This left a fowl taste in our mouths from the start. There were no prices for drinks at all. Each time we wanted a new drink she ignored us and even went out for a cigarette break for 20 minutes leaving no one too serve us and when she returned had a very rude attitude. When we came too pay the bill, there was numerous different drinks on the receipt that we hadn't had. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The ambiance if it could even be called that was dreadful and the staff were the rudest I have EVER encountered.

Dieses Restaurant wirbt mit bayrischer gemütlichkeit und Küche... So sieht und schmeckt Bayern sicher nicht. Aufläufe bekommt man aus der Microwelle. Salate die als Hauptspeise angeboten werden, werden ohne Brot serviert (überall bekommt man Brot dazu), Knödel sind gefroren, Fleisch ist zäh... Die armen Tiere, die dafür sterben mussten! Und für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Man fragt sich, wenn man Brozeit macht, muss man dann das Brot / Semmeln / Brezen selber mit bringen. Wenn der Koch eine Ausbildung gemacht hat, dann frag ich mich, ob er die Prüfung bestanden hat. Deko lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bayrische Flaggen alleine reissen es nicht raus. Kalt, groß wie ne Halle. Ungemütlich. Wirtin na ja, Servicekräfte na ja...

This place captivated my desire to stay! the friendly vibe of all the hosts, the great service and the wonderful menu, not to mention the fantastic detailed design of the cozy space!!!! indeed one of my favorite places in Germany!!!!! I can't wait to come back!

Sehr nettes, eher alternatives Ambiente mit freundlichen, persönlichen Service!Wir sind meist nur zum trinken dort, aber auch die Kleinigkeiten zum essen sind wirklich sehr lecker. Positiv zu bewerten ist auch das gemischte Publikum- hier ist jeder willkommen!
