Did not realised this restaurant has been relocated from the Ephraim Island to the Sanctuary Cove, we nearly lost our way to have dinner at this new location last night. Took the voucher deal to have four courses dinner here. Service was friendly and attentive. First sharing homemade focaccia was average. It did take a long time to have the entrees on the table. Presentation of dishes was good. Gnocchi is soft and matched well by the cream sauce with salami. Pork belly was prepared well with nice crackling, cauliflower puree and importantly the pickled fennel, which kick-off any greasy feeling. Terrible restaurant. Waited 40 minutes after our reservation time for my husbands birthday and never got seated. Disgustingly rude owner did not apologise or care. The nice bar staff said it happens all the time. We witnessed 3 other couples walk out. Owner also gave his friends a table straight away before all the other waiting customers who all had reservations. We are locals and will be sharing our experience.
here to christmas as a group of 9. they were fast to offer a lychee cocktail that was pretty good. it then took too long and repeated to get even the menu. it was 2 hours before we got our main thing and the restaurant wasn't even so busy. my middle steak was also cooked and was cold when I got it. the deserts looked great and were pretty good. overall the service was slow and I would not likely return.
Shame on you. Just read that you were closed down due to not following Covid rules. I would never go to a restaurant that doesn’t check I’ve had my vax. How can you whinge that you have been closed down. Do the right thing get the vax instead of making excuses. Be mindful of your customers that have done the right thing. You are lucky to get such a small fine.

This is just the best. Fantastic food, fantastic service. Our go to celebration location and sometimes we just go to celebrate Sunday! ? Just our fave!
My favorite restaurant! The food is incredible and the location by the water is unbeatable. I love it here and will definitely be coming back often.
